The North of Grand (NOG) neighborhood is located just west of downtown Des Moines, Iowa between 31st Street and 42nd Street, stretching from Grand Avenue (South boundary) to Interstate 235 (North boundary).

We advocate on behalf of North of Grand’s diverse residents as a liaison with local governments to preserve and uphold our community’s vibrant characteristics.

NoG Cat Walk Participation Form:

Are you interested in having your home and cat/cats be part of the Second Annual North of Grand Neighborhood Cat Walk? The official Cat Walk will be Saturday, September 26th, noon-2pm, if I get enough responses. I will also print out signs with your cat's picture/names/fun facts to be placed in your yards a few days before and a few days after so that if people miss the walk, they can still get to see how awesome your cat/cats are!

Cats MUST live within the boundaries on the North of Grand Neighborhood. (31st-42nd, Grand to I235)

I will post the walking path once all submissions are recieved. Our goal is to keep the walk as an under 2 mile loop this year, so there is a chance that not all cats submitted will be able to be included.
